Welcome to SKG Entertainment. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Full payment is due prior to the event start time as outlined in your specific contract terms. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment obligations are not met.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Please refer to your specific service agreement for the cancellation policies and timelines applicable to your event. Deposits are inherently non-refundable in the event of client cancellation.

3. Media Release

Unless otherwise explicitly specified in writing prior to the event, SKG Entertainment reserves the right to capture and use photos or video footage from your events for our promotional purposes, marketing, and website portfolio.

4. Conduct and Safety

The safety of our team and equipment is paramount. We reserve the right to cease performance if any guests exhibit threatening behavior or if environments become unsafe for our equipment (i.e. improper cover from weather).
